Magic Weight Loss Pills

Although I would like to deny it, I will admit to ignorantly spending hard earned cash on gimmicks from the weight loss industry. This is a 40 - 50 billion dollar industry that millions of Americans will succumb to each year; they KNOW how to suck you in!

There is, as of yet, absolutely NO magic pill, besides the blue ones of course. Nothing is going to nuke your gut while watch reruns on TiVo. Nothing is going to tone your body while you eat a triple Whopper meal. I hate to say it, but it is the truth.

I have tried so many of these pills myself, hoping to have a six pack for summer, only to be let down. On the other hand, if you have a proper diet and exercise, a few of these supplements can in fact help, but they are far and few between. I hate to say it, but it is the truth.
