Breakfast Sandwich Recipe
1/4 cup garden vegetable egg beaters
1 lean/lowfat hamsteak
1 whole wheat bagel
1 slice fat free american cheese
heat up a small skillet and throw the hamsteak in turning frequently to get it brown. take hamsteak out, and spray fat free cooking oil into skillet and pour eggbeaters in. cook until lightly browned on each side. then throw the hamsteak, eggbeaters and fat free cheese between the bagel and enjoy.
