Vanilla Coconut Protein Smoothie Recipe
2 cups of fat free milk
1 1/2 scoops of vanilla whey
1/2 cup of shredded coconut meat (from fresh coconut) chopped up finely
1 Teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/2 cup of crushed ice
Add to (pre-chilled) blender, blend. Drink= Yummy!
Just over 450 calories, 13 g of (healthy coconut) fat, 33 g of carbs, 49 g of protien.
