Chicken Chili Recipe
3-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 small can tomato sauce
1 package taco seasoning
3 cans chicken broth
1 can of corn
1 can of black eyed peas
1 can of black beans
1 jar thick and chunky salsa
Cook chicken until done
Drain corn, black eyed peas, and black beans
After draining corn, black eyed peas, and black beans add all ingredients to a stock pot and let boil and simmer for 45 minutes
Serve w/fat free sour cream and fat free shredded cheddar cheese on top
