Whole Wheat Pizza Recipe








Pizza dough
- Yeast (3-4 tbsp)
- 12 oz whole wheat flour
- Some warm water
- Extra whole wheat flour for later use

Pizza toppings
- Cooked chicken breast (this is what I had you can add chicken, tuna, fish, beef, veal, etc.)
- Cooked veal cooked
- Tomato sauce homemade
- Garlic
- Yellow Onions
- Mini Sweet Peppers
- Mushrooms
- Grape tomatos
- Grated low/nonfat cheese

1. Boil water and let it cool
2. Add yeast to a small bowl and mix a little warm water to it
3. Add flour to a big bowl and mix the yeast with it
4. Keep mixing for some time and adding warm water to it while mixing
5. Once finshed mixing cover it and store it in a warm place.
6. Mean while cut some onions, garlic, peppers, mushrooms, tomatos.
6. Heat up the tomato sauce in a pan (cover with pam)
7. In a different pan (cover with pam) cook the onions/garlic/peppers
8. Then add the mushrooms to the mix and turn off heat
9. Take the puffed dough out and cover with extra whole wheat flour
10. Take some cookie sheet and cover with aluminum foil and pam
11. Roll the dough on the sheet and put it under the oven for 375
12. Once the dough is semi cooked add the sauce, onions, garlic, peppers, mushrooms, grape tomatos, chicken, and veal (keep at 375)
13. Once the pizza is almost ready add the cheese on top
14. Turn off once the cheese as melted, serve, and enjoy

Note* If you want a thick soft crust you can try adding yogurt or onions to the uncooked dough.
