Hawiian Haddock Recipe








1/2lb Haddock
1 Fresh Uncut Whole Pinapple
1 Can Of Coconut Puree

Cut The ends of the pinapple and the sides off, (as you would when you were trying to cut up a pinapple to eat) SAVE THE SIDES.. these are going to be the "beds" you place your haddock on.. so try to make them as large (space wise) as you can so that the haddock can all fit on them.

Before laying the haddock on the pinapple and placing it on the grill... coat it in the coconut puree.. the kind i got was a white gloppy, thick substance... and i just laid it on thick.... (it all cooks into the fish so its not a mess when you eat it)

Cook until haddock is done (med-high heat) on the grill for about 25 min. or so..
