Apple Cream Cheese Pie Recipe
Crust
3 small apples (sliced)
2 cups rolled oats
1 tsp cinamoon
1.Boil apples in pan
2.Add cinamoon
3.Once the apples get mushy add the oats so they can get soft
4.Take cookie sheet and spray with pam
5.Add the mixture and set to 350 degrees for 12 mins
6.Let it cool down when down
Filling
2 whole organic eggs
1 8oz fatfree cream cheese (brick) (you can add up to 3 8oz bricks)
2 small apples (sliced)
1 tbsp cocoa powder
12 packets splenda
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1. Let the cream cheese sit till it softens
2. In a bowl mix the cream cheese, eggs, splenda, and cocoa powder
3. Boil the apples, not till they get mushy but when they are just soft
3. When mixture is creamy add the apples
4. Mix the everything and get it creamy again and add it to the crust
5. Put it in the oven for 350 degrees for 45 mins
6. Once down take it out and let it cool
7. Once cooled down place in the fridge or refrigerator
