Turkey Burritos Recipe








1 lb lean ground turkey (or lean ground beef)
12 ounces medium-spicy salsa (or mild, your preference)
1 can (16 ounces) Fat-Free refried black beans
Flour Tortillas (preferably low-carb, whole-wheat)
8 ounces bag of shredded reduced-fat Mexican Cheese ( I didn't use in my burritos cause I didn't want the extra fat - I guess you could use Fat Free Cheese)
Fat-Free Sour Crean, to taste (optional)
1 Fresh Avocado (optional - again, high in fat but good fats!)

Cook poultry in a skillet over high heat until it's brown all the way through. Reduce heat, and add salsa and beans. Simmer, strirring occasionally until meat, salsa, and beans are smooth. Remove from heat. In a torilla, place bean mixture, a small handful of shredded cheese (optional), a spoonful of sour cream (optional), and a couple of slices of avocado (optional). Roll it up and enjoy!
